Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented SaaS Sales Representative with 4-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS and direct sales. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, skilled in lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure. You should possess a strong personality, a “never-give-up” attitude, and excel at building meaningful client relationships. Experience in the F&B industry or selling SaaS solutions to enterprise clients will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Independently generate qualified leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, building a robust sales pipeline targeting enterprise clients.
Client Engagement: Initiate and conduct engaging conversations with prospective clients to understand their needs and build strong initial rapport.
Sales Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations, emphasizing the value of our SaaS solutions and addressing client pain points.
Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline from initial engagement to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining momentum in the sales process.
Market Research & Industry Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs, particularly with a focus on the F&B industry where relevant.
Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies, and regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward targets.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
– 4-5 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS and direct sales, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, paired with a confident, proactive personality and a persistent “never-give-up” attitude.
– Experience in the F&B industry or enterprise SaaS sales is highly desirable.
