About the Internship

We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Design Intern to join our team. As a key member of the creative team, you will play an important role in shaping our brand’s visual identity across digital and print platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Study design briefs and determine project requirements.
• Plan project timelines while ensuring adherence to budgets.
• Conceptualize, design, and execute compelling visuals for digital and print media.
• Develop illustrations, logos, marketing materials, and digital assets using industry-standard tools.
• Prepare rough drafts, present ideas, and iterate based on feedback.
• Select appropriate colors, layouts, and typography to maintain brand consistency.
• Test designs across various media platforms for consistency and optimization.
• Edit and produce videos for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Ensure all graphic and video content aligns with GrowBeyond Tech’s brand identity.

Skills Required:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Canva for quick design projects
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Experience in video editing, motion graphics, and animation
• Ability to create engaging content for digital marketing and branding
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Available for a full-time, in-office internship in Bangalore
• Available for a 3-month duration
• Open to candidates with relevant skills and interests

Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media Production, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in motion graphics and animation is a plus
