Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, setting measurable KPIs to evaluate success.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams including content, sales, and customer service to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
Campaign Management: Oversee digital campaigns, monitor performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Website Optimization: Improve website performance by increasing organic traffic, reducing bounce rates, and boosting conversion rates to enhance user experience and lead generation.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and potential growth areas.
Key Tasks:
– Create, manage, and optimize social media campaigns, including content creation, publishing, and community engagement.
– Develop creative ideas for content marketing and update the website as needed.
– Prepare and distribute online newsletters, promotional emails, and manage their distribution across multiple channels.
– Collaborate with designers to enhance user experience and ensure a visually appealing digital presence.
– Stay informed about the latest online marketing trends and continuously update strategies.
– Build and maintain relationships with media agencies and vendors.
– Assist in formulating strategies to build long-lasting digital connections with consumers.
– Manage the company’s ongoing presence on social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Facebook).
– Launch optimized online ads through platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook to increase brand awareness.
– Utilize Geofencing to enhance location-based marketing efforts.
– Drive SEO efforts including keyword research, image optimization, and on-page SEO.
– Measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and WebTrends.
– Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
– Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
– Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, incorporating A/B testing.
– Analyze campaign performance using engagement metrics and analytics.
– Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media.
– Proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
– Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Ahrefs, and Yoast.
– Expertise in digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and Geofencing.
– Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
